HOW YOU CAN HELP: PRAYER

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called wonderful councellor, Mighty God ,Everlasting Father , Prince of Peace

PRAISE:

·         For the wonderfully successful iThemba Auction held last week Friday, enough was raised to begin the first phase of the Community Centre (first phase will be a preschool).
·         For the incredible way Cowan House’s (local privileged private school) teachers, parents and kids uplifted the Sbukuseswe Creche on Saturday morning.
·         For giving Donald and Pauline a good break and bringing them back to us safely.
·         For the way God continues to use so many (including you) in touching and uplifting the people of Sweetwaters.
·         For the 37 children who are now sponsored for iThemba Kids Camp.

PRAYER:

·         As the team now finalises the plans for the first phase of the Community Centre. Pray that God would have his way, and that he would give particular wisdom to the team of professionals involved.
·         For the final Jabulani Kids Club this Saturday, that it would be a fantastic time for the kids and the kids crew, and that God would also speak into their lives.
·         For the remaining 13 children needing sponsorship for July camp to be provided for, have a look at our thermometer on our home page.
·         Please continue to pray for the US team from Chicago as they continue to plan and prepare for their time with iThemba in June/July.
·         Please continue to pray for Petra, as she prepares to come and say her goodbyes and as she works at tying up her loose ends here.
·         For the protection of the children in Sweetwaters during the extended holiday coming up. Since many of them will have little or no supervision, and loads of time on their hands.
·         For the submission/registration of the UK charity to go smoothly and speedily (submitted this week).
