THE NEED: HOME LIFE OF CHILDREN

The general lack of family structure, has meant the children and youth lack good role models, as well as adult supervision and guidance. The children tend to have very little constructive things to do in their vast amounts of spare time. This provides challenges and also opportunities. Children and youth with lots of spare time on their hands can be a very dangerous combination. There is huge need for constructive and developmental programmes to be provided for the youth of this community. If this is not done, the possibility that another generation will grow up directionless and not ready to lead the future generations effectively, is great.
