A small group of ladies meet once a week for about 4 hours to spend time with each other and learn a craft. The ladies have been meeting since 2005, and have done beading projects as well as knitting. They are currently knitting jerseys for their families. The outreach is run by staff and volunteers of iThemba. This is held at a community centre in Sweetwaters. This group is aimed at teaching a skill as well as developing and building morale of many older ladies who have been left to care for large families.
