MINISTRY LEADERS' TRAINING DAYS

These training days have arisen from a need identified by the local people to be better equipped for children’s ministry in their churches, as well as for iThemba Projects to train up leaders from the community, to work alongside them in their endeavours to reach children with the Gospel. These training days are held once a quarter, and are currently run by the full-time staff of iThemba Projects.

Some comments from those who have attended these training days since 2006 are, “Thank you for changing my life” and another “You guys always give me confidence”.  

We do praise God for people from the Sweetwaters community who are willing to serve God in sometimes very difficult situations, and for their openness to new and creative teaching methods.
